State-owned Dacaozhuang Farm Canvas Company is affiliated to Agriculture Department of Hebei Province. Since its establishment in 1988, it has formed a production streamline of cloth weaving, PVC coating and tint manufacturing with nearly 16 years of development. The company is located in Ningjin County which was nicknamed “Ningbo” because of its frequency of flood disaster in the past years.
